Dr. Jennifer Mutch is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in joint replacement. She has a special interest in upper extremity care, sports injuries, and trauma reconstruction. She also uses the latest anterior hip replacement technique, the bikini-incision approach.
Dr. Mutch is an Academic Orthopedic Surgeon and Assistant Professor at McGill University. She did her orthopedic surgery residency at Université de Montréal. She then pursued fellowship training at the Detroit Medical Center and Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, with advanced exposure to upper limb sports injuries, trauma, reconstruction, and arthroplasty. Her training includes experience with professional athletes, such as the Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Tigers, and Detroit Pistons, as well as surgeon coverage for the Toronto Roller Derby league.

Her international training includes the Oxford Partial Knee Replacement technique, ROSA robotic knee replacement, ultrasound-guided injections for joints and nerves, and anterior hip replacement training, including the bikini-incision approach designed to create a more discreet scar.
